Who has access to your personal information?

Your data will only be accessed by our internal team at VMC, our email marketing service provider (Constant Contact) who facilitate the sending of our company update emails, and our technical website hosting partner (LightMedia) who facilitates the transfer of the data from the website to us. This technical partner assists us in administering the website and operates under a contractual agreement to keep your data private and secure, any data they do handle is destroyed once a request has been completed.

We will never sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Like many other websites, the VMC website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file which your browser stores on the hard drive of your device to allow the website to recognise you when you visit again.

Cookies collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns enabling us to improve our website, but they do not identify you as an individual.
