The Web Deli is a secure click and collect food ordering system delivered by our own in-house EPOS software. It offers the user a quick and easy way to choose and pay for their food ahead of mealtime, selecting a collection or delivery time that suits them at the same time.
Available as a free-standing kiosk or accessed via the online account management tool, both options provide a receipt for the user whilst also sending the order directly to the kitchen/preparation area.
This process saves the user from the lunchtime queues, whilst also offering benefits to the catering team in the form of better stock control, less wastage and the opportunity to upsell and offer a more efficient service overall.
Enable authorised users to benefit from easy access to pre-order a range of food and drinks for their meetings and events, and get them delivered directly to the required location at a specified time. This can be accessed via the online user portal by individuals who have a hospitality account with the appropriate permission.
For management the system provides full visibility of incoming and active orders in real time, and automatically debits the relevant hospitality account on delivery. It also manages any changes and cancellations, keeping users up to date with email notifications.
The Deli and Hospitality menus are both fully customizable by the on-site catering team, from deciding which products to list and images to feature, through to making sure the look and feel fits with your brand. You can set your own cut off times for orders, create a bespoke order fulfilment message and include products in your own loyalty scheme.
