To help our customers manage the ongoing COVID situation in their workplaces we’ve created a brand new feature in our Flex cashless system.
The Track and Trace functionality has been designed to make it easier to identify which colleagues have been in close proximity to each other at any terminal on site. Vital data is provided based on time and location so clients can see who may have been exposed by using the same equipment allowing you to take immediate action when needed such as quickly notifying staff to isolate in the event of a positive test.
This feature provides enhanced internal capability over and above the national NHS track and trace app (that not all your staff may use), enabling you to take greater control of how you manage any outbreaks within your operation.
Even better we’re able to install it remotely, so it can be added to your existing system quickly and without any disruption to service.
